Growing Through Grief | The Holiday edition

This hybrid event will be conducted by a registered nurse and licensed clinical social worker to help community members process grief well during the holiday season.

This workshop will identify tools to manage grief, initiate conversation to identify types of grief and teach the GRACE model to be applied during the holiday season and beyond.

Coach Qwanquita Wright, LCSW will conduct a session to equip and reinforce healthy wellness habits to support those managing grief during the holidays.
